Gratuity Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to anyone receiving a complimentary flight experience through an official iFLY competition or influencer visit. Please review them carefully before booking

Validity Period

• Prize must be booked and flown within 6 months of issue (exact timeframe to be set by iFLY)
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance

Eligibility

• Flyers must be aged 3 years and above
• Standard iFLY restrictions apply (including weight and health restrictions as set out in iFLY’s general Terms & Conditions)
• Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold

Booking Conditions

• Winners will be provided with a unique booking code to redeem their experience online or via the customer service team
• Bookings are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled in line with iFLY’s standard booking policies
• Participants must arrive at least 60 minutes before their flight time

Exclusions

• Travel, accommodation, and any additional costs are not included
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, or discount

Health & Safety

• All participants must complete a waiver prior to flying.
• Flights are subject to iFLY’s safety guidelines and instructor discretion on the day.
