Your iFLY Club account will be set up once payment has been processed by GoCardless. It can take up to 8 days for your payment to be taken by GoCardless, and a further 2 days for the payment to reach iFLY, at which point you will receive email confirmation with your account details for your exciting new membership.

  • Your flight time...
    • Every month, you will receive your flight time in the form of 5-flight vouchers (x2 for Club 10 and Club 10+, or x6 for Club 30+), which will be sent directly to your inbox.
    • Vouchers can be booked in here.
  • If booking with less than 3 days’ notice:
    • Valid any time
  • If booking with more than 3 days’ notice:
    • The sessions which you can fly in can be found here.

What is 'Coaching'?

  • Coaching is iFLY employed instructors supporting and teaching flyers skills beyond IBA Flyer Level 1. It is a charged service available to all flyers (subject to instructor availability)
  • Coaching for IBA Flyer Level 1 skills is included without charge for all flyers and all memberships
  • Flyers may arrange their own external coaching from an IBA approved coach, but coaching is included in Club 10+ and Club 30+ memberships
  • We recommend all flyers submit a spotting request (by emailing iFLYClub@iFLYworld.co.uk) at least 7 days in advance if they are looking to fly skills beyond IBA Flyer Level 1, so a suitable instructor can be arranged.

Buying additional flight time

  • Additional flight time can be bought for yourself at your monthly membership rate, in blocks of 5 flight vouchers
  • Club 10+ and Club 30+ members may also purchase additional standard Club 10 flight time, but Club 10 flight time does not include coaching (see above)

Flight time Sharing with Club Members

  • Club members may allow other Club members to fly their vouchers
  • Club members may allow other Club members to share the time on their vouchers

Club 30+ Benefits

  • Club 30+ vouchers are valid for 6 months from point of issue
  • Club 30+ vouchers can be flown by a first time flyer, but Club 30+ member must be in attendance (£19.99 pass fee applies)
  • Club 30+ members may share their flight time with up to 5 nominated immediate family members set at point of sign-up (member must be present in the session)
  • FREE Digital Movies and Photos for every flight session 
  • FREE full face helmet rental to iFLY Club 30+ members (subject to availability)
  • Free access to meeting room facilities -please contact us in advance if you wish to make use of our meeting rooms, as these are subject to availability
  • 20% discount on all iFLY branded clothing

Cancellation Policy
  • Memberships carry a 6 month subscription period, which will then roll on a monthly basis after this. 1 month's notice must be given to cancel your iFLY Club membership
